Page 1 of 1 REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that are capable of providing Dental Laboratory Services for the VA Montana Health Care System, 3687 Veterans Drive, Fort Harrison, MT 59636 and the Billings Majestic Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), 1766 Majestic Lane, Billings, MT 59102. The contractor shall provide Dental Laboratory Services. The Contractor shall provide services for the following broad categories of dental services, but not limited to: Complete dentures custom impression trays, bite rims, setup, and process, Partial dentures custom impression trays, frameworks, setup, and process, Partial denture repair acrylic resin, denture teeth, Partial denture repair laser welding, Traditional occlusal guard; Complete Denture reline/rebase, Partial Denture reline/rebase, Precision attachments, and Fixed Prosthetics to include multi- unit bridges, single units, all porcelain, LAVA, Procera, Emax and all metal restorations. The information submitted shall contain the company s business size status. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a request for proposal (RFP). The VA will not pay for any information received resulting from this sources sought notice. Requests for copies of a solicitation shall not be honored or acknowledged. Information should be forwarded to the Contracting Officer. Any questions should be addressed to the Contracting Officer, in writing, at the email address provided. Because this is a request for information only, answers to questions will not be posted.
