Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs Ann Arbor Healthcare System, Ann Arbor, Michigan is seeking a contractor to provide continuity of care in providing community nursing home services to veterans of the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, 1500 Weiss Street, Saginaw, MI 48602 who are in the catchment area of Hillman, Michigan. Period of Performance is December 1, 2016 November 30, 2017. The applicable North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 623110. All potential bidders MUST be registered and active in the System for Award Management site (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. Potential bidders should register at https://www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification of and/or changes to the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.fedbizopps.gov. No fax or email bid packages shall be accepted. Bid packages will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about November 4, 2016. No phone, fax or email inquiries will be taken for this Pre-Solicitation Notice.
