Description

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO 6), intends to enter into a sole source procurement with PAR Excellence Systems, 11500 Northlake Dr.; Cincinnati, OH 45249. Their DUNS Number is 824657944. The procurement is for a service agreement for PAR Bin Inventory Systems equipment located at the Richmond VA Medical Center. This acquisition is for a base and four (4) option year contract. NAICS code 811219 applies to this procurement. The size standard is $20.5 million dollars. The proposed contract action is for service for which the Government intends to procure from one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. Vendors must be authorized by PAR Excellence to service the above equipment. This notice of Intent is not a request for quotations. Responses must be received no later than 10:00 am, EST on October 26, 2016. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
