- PRESOLICIATION NOTICE Various activities in Colorado area require delivery of an indefinite quantity of Milk and Dairy products beginning January 8, 2017, ending January 5, 2020. Activities will include customers for the following: Colorado. Contract period will be 36 months and this is an unrestricted acquisition. This solicitation will be issued under FAR 15.101-2 Price Only. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful bidders. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. Estimated solicitation date is approximately October 20, 2016. Once issued, copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website. Contractors are required to be registered with DIBBS In order to download solicitations. The website can be found at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/.
