- Solicitation: SPE7M5-17-R-0013 PR: 0064820965 NSN: 5961-00-758-5816 Item: Transistor This requirement is for a total quantity of 2432 units. Price Breaks requested up to a quantity of 2700 units. Delivery is 300 days This item will be shipped to: SW3119 Warner Robins AFB 455 Bryon Street BLDG 376 Robins AFB, GA 31098-1887 This item is solicited under Full and Open Competition FAR 6.102. First Article Testing is not required. This NSN is listed as a primary QPL or QML. Therefore, the Qualified Products List or Qualified Manufacturers List is applicable. NSN 5961-00-758-5816 is to be procured in accordance with approved QPL (Qualified Product List). Approved source(s); Microsemi (43611) JANTX2N3771 IAW Specification Number MIL-PRF-19500P (3). Microsemi (43611) JANTX2N3771 IAW Specification Number MIL-PRF-19500/413G. Once the solicitation is issued, product supplied to the above Specification shall be manufactured by an accredited manufacturer (for components and assemblies) and/or assembled by an accredited manufacturer or accredited assembling distributor (for assemblies) as listed in the PR QML or QPL for this standard. Inspection / Acceptance at Destination, FOB Origin. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program. If this acquisition is for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or has an APO/FPO ship-to address, FDT will not apply and normal procedure should be followed. For FDT program transportation requirements, see DLAD clauses 52.247-9059 F.O.B. Origin, Government Arranged Transportation, and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program- Shipments Origination Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website (http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/). This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of November 1, 2016. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. Solicitation will not contain a quantity option. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Reverse Auctioning: This solicitation will contain DLAD provision 52.215-9023 for Reverse Auction (RA). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ***NOTE*** - This solicitation includes the following Procurement Note: Procurement Notes are located at http://www.dla.mil/HQ/Acquisition/Offers/eProcurement.aspx M01 Qualified Suppliers for Federal Supply Class (FSC) 5961 Semiconductors and Hardware Devices and FSC 5962 Electronic Microcircuits (SEP 2016) (1) This is a qualified item. Only the approved source (e.g., Original Component Manufacturer (OCM), or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)) for the item specified in the solicitation/contract; or the approved source on the applicable Qualified Products List (QPL), or Qualified Manufacturers List (QML); or the authorized distributors of the OCM/OEM or QPL/QML; or distributors listed on the Qualified Suppliers List of Distributors (QSLD), with adequate supply chain traceability documentation to the approved source of the item, are eligible to receive an award. (2) When no offer is received from qualified suppliers listed in paragraph one, the Government reserves the right to make an award based on offers received from suppliers listed on the Qualified Testing Suppliers List (QTSL).
