Description

Solicitation for Travis Air Show Concessioner Contract. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services for TRAVIS AFB OPEN HOUSE FY 2017. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number TRAV_AIR_SHOW_2017 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). TRAV_AIR_SHOW_2017 and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect. This requirement is being solicited as a Full and Open The Small Business Size Standard for NAICS Code 722330 is 7.5 million. A Firm-Fixed Price Contract for the base items is anticipated. The anticipated award date is on or about November 23, 2016. Work covered by this solicitation shall be completed within (2) calendar days. The Performance Period is May 6 through May 7 2017. The government intends to award from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose proposal conforming to the solicitation provides the best value.
