New unused Government or commercial This part is licenced to General Electric and is a Critical Safety Item. This part must be supplied by GE in order to reain unique design capability, engineering skills and manufacturing knowledge essential to maintaining quality and reliability. Any potential bidders must go through GE and obtain their permission to license this part. Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified and approved prior to being considered for award.Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1.Note:While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price and past performance factors as detailed in the solicitation.
