THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. THERE WILL NOT BE A SOLICITATION, PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT OR INVENTORIES AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic MARFORRES Facility Support Team (FST) is seeking eligible HUBZONE small business firms capable of performing Facility Support Services such as Custodial, Integrated Solid Waste Management, Pavement Clearance, Landscaping and Pest Control services for Marine Force Reserve Center, Jacksonville, Florida area as follows: Base Year “ FFP, CLIN 0001 Base Year “ IDIQ, CLIN 0002 Option Year 1 “ FFP, CLIN 0003 Option Year 1 “ IDIQ, CLIN 0004 Option Year 2 “ FFP, CLIN 0005 Option Year 2 “ IDIQ, CLIN 0006 Option Year 3 “ FFP, CLIN 0007 Option Year 3 “ IDIQ, CLIN 0008 Option Year 4 “ FFP, CLIN 0009 Option Year 4 “ FFP, CLIN 0010 The estimated financial magnitude for this project is $250,000 to $500,000. The customer ™s budget shall not exceed $350,000. Only Hub-Zone small businesses are encouraged to respond. Upon review of industry response to this Sources Sought Notice, the Government will determine whether a Hub-Zone set-aside acquisition in lieu of a total small business set-aside is in the Government ™s best interest. This office anticipates award of a contract for these services no later than February 1, 2017. The appropriate NAICS Code is 561210. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. It is a market research tool being used to determine the availability and adequacy of potential small business sources prior to determining the method of acquisition and issuance of an award. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this sources sought synopsis. It is requested that interested Hub-Zone SMALL businesses submit to the contracting office a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 15 pages in length) demonstrating ability to perform the requested services. All responses shall include the following: 1. Capabilities Statement that demonstrates information about your company including the type of business. 2. Submit a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of five (5) relevant service projects completed in the past five (5) years that best demonstrate your experience on projects that are similar in size, scope, and complexity. For purposes of this sources sought notice a relevant project is defined as follows: Similar size: $150,000 or greater. Similar Scope: Performing two or more of the following services: Custodial, Integrated Solid Waste Management, Pest Control and/or Pavement Clearance IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Prime Contractor will be required to execute approved subcontract and pricing agreements for the Grounds work only with the AbilityOne Contractor, Challenge Enterprises, prior to the commencement of work under the prime contract. Changes to pricing in AbilityOne contracts may be subject to Committee authority and approval and pass through to the government in the prime contract. Work may not be subcontracted for the Landscaping (Grounds) work with any other company other than AbilityOne. All responses shall include: (1) Whether your participation was as a prime or subcontractor, contract value, Government/Agency point of contact and current telephone number, and a brief description of the services performed. (2) Capability statement showing relevant projects performed that are similar in size and scope to this requirement and a Hub-Zone certification letter from the Small Business Administration. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN October 26, 2016, 2:00 P.M. C.S.T. LATE RESPONSES NOT BE ACCEPTED.
