- Strategic Weapons Facility, Atlantic located in Kings Bay, GA intends to procure 6 each Power Conditioners. This procurement will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed-Price-Contract, FOB Destination. QUOTATIONS ARE DUE OCTOBER 28,2016 BY 12: P.M. EASTERN TIME ZONE. Simplified Acquisition Procurement Procedures (SAP) will be used, as well as commercial item acquisition regulations per FAR 12. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NO BE ISSUED. Contract shall include removal and disposal of power conditioners currently in use at EHW 1 and EHW 2, 6 (six) Elgar 5006B-124 model power conditioners and associated power cords. Reuse existing male and female plugs if required. Location of installation and removal is second deck. Crane services may be required if size or weight of unit prevents movement by stairs. AC Line Conditioners: 6000VA Line Conditioner Input: 208VAC, 60 Hz, 1Ø Output: 115VAC ±10%, 60 Hz ±1Hz, 1Ø, 40A The maximum harmonic distortion shall not exceed four percent (4%) into a non-linear load. Surges and sags shall not exceed 5% of nominal voltage with recovery in less than 1 second. Transients shall not exceed 10% of nominal voltage above or below instantaneous voltage.
