- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, located in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to issue a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the provision of Comprehensive Medical Services for the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) located in Beckley, West Virginia. Offerors are encouraged to submit comprehensive quotes providing all listed output. Offerors who propose less will be evaluated accordingly. Services to be provided include inpatient/outpatient physician and facility services and outpatient institution services. The contract type is a requirements type contract with firm fixed unit pricing. The BPA shall not exceed a 12 month period. The estimated quantities for a 12 month period are as follows: Inpatient Days: 300 estimated days and Outpatient Visits: 400 estimated visits. The solicitation will be made available on/or about October 17, 2016, and will be distributed solely through the General Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most current information about this acquisition. Please note all contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The Procurement Technical Assistance Program was authorized by Congress in 1985 in an effort to expand the number of businesses capable of participating in the Government marketplace. Faith Based and Community Based Organizations can submit quotes equally with other organization for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
