- Amendment to Asphalt BPA FA4686-17-A-0002 •1. Asphalt shall be road paving grade material. •2. Quantities shall not exceed 26 tons per year. However, quantities per trip are not known at this time. Quantities will be made known upon each call. •3. 9 CES will provide the vehicles needed to haul this product, therefore there will be no delivery fee associated with this BPA. •4. The contractors haul trucks shall have heated beds or be able to cover the Asphalt to keep it at workable temperature. •· "Tons" should be changed to "Ton" on the Request For Quote document in the initial posting. A Blanket Purchase Agreement is a simplified method of filling anticipated repetitive needs for supplies, in this case asphalt. While there is a not to exceed amount, the amount per call will differ depending on the immediate needs of the end user. We DO NOT currently know how many tons we will need at the various times throughout the life of the Blanket Purchase Agreement. The life of the BPA will be a five-year period from the date of award. The deadline for submission of quotes is extended to 14 October 2016 at 11:00am PST.
