- Full photo with rack Damage Data Plate THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT TO BE USED FOR MARKET ANALYSIS IN DETERMINING THE AVAILABILITY OF A THREE PHASE RECLOSER. **NO AWARD WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT** **DO NOT SUBMIT A QUOTATION OR PROVIDE COST AND PRICING DATA** **NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME** **NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION** ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR THE POSSIBLE FUTURE ACQUISITION. REFERENCE NUMBER: EAFB_RECLOSER Ellsworth AFB (EAFB), South Dakota (SD) is seeking sources qualified to provide a three phase recloser for Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The intent is to award a single purchase order for this requirement. The three phase recloser must be an Automatic recloser type VWE, 100KV and must have: • Rated Maximum Voltage: 15.5 KV • Max. Inter. Current: 12,000 Amp • Rated Continuous Current 560 Amp Attached are photos of the equipment being replaced. NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL FOR THIS PROJECT WHEN IT IS FORMALLY ADVERTISED, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A RESPONSE TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS Please limit your capabilities listing to no more than five (5) pages. At a minimum capability statement shall state the following: 1. Company name, address, point of contact (POC), telephone number, fax number, email address, website, and CAGE Code. 2. Company's business size and/or socioeconomic status (i.e. Small Business, SBA Certified 8A Program Participant, SBA Certified HUB Zone Firm, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business, Woman-Owned Small Business). 3. A positive statement of your intention to bid on this contract as a prime contractor.
