Technical Proposal Proposal Questionaire Statement of Work Schedule of Items Pricing Sheet Solicitation - Vehicle Auction and Marshalling Services Subcontracting Plan (if applicable) DOL Wage Determination for Maricopa County CA Proposal checklist Dear Prospective Offerors: The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) appreciates your interest in Solicitation 47QMSA-16-D-CJ008- Vehicle Auction and Marshalling Services. The services will be acquired in accordance with Section C - Requirements as shown herein. This acquisition will result in an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Fixed Price, Single Award Type Contract with an Economic Price Adjustment. The period of performance will consist of one (1) base 10 month period of performance with two (2) one year option years. This solicitation is being posted through FedBizOpps site location www.fbo.gov. All notices and postings regarding the solicitation will be made at this location. Please make sure you monitor this site on a regular basis for any amendments. All communications such as amendments, questions and answers, comments, or any other information will not be disseminated in any other format.Read the entire solicitation document prior to preparation of your offer. The solicitation contains the following sections: (1) Cover Page Clauses (2) Table of Contents Section A - General Section B -- Schedule of Items Section C - Requirements Section D - Contract Clauses and Provisions Section E - Instructions to Offerors Section F -- Evaluation Offerors are encouraged to submit a complete offer. Offerors should propose their best price with their initial offer. The Government will evaluate offerors to determine if pricing is fair and reasonable. If offeror's proposal(s) are unrealistic in terms of technical commitment or lack of technical competence or indicative of failure to comprehend the complexities and risks of the solicitation requirements, they will be rejected. The Government plans to make a single award in the defined market area under this solicitation. Awards will be made to offerors that are deemed technically acceptable, price reasonablenss, responsiveness and responsibility. Any exceptions taken to the Government's technical requirement and/or terms and conditions must be clearly identified in a cover letter submitted with your firm's offeror. The Government reserves the right to reject any offers that do not meet the requirements listed in Section C and as attached in Attachment E or as otherwise identified in the solicitation.
