Description
PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR: Project 676-15-104: Replace B403 Chiller at Tomah VA Medical Center, 500 E Veterans St, Tomah, WI 54660. This construction project is set-aside for Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned-Small Business (SDVOSBs). Contractor shall provide for and furnish all labor, materials, equipment, temporary protection, and qualified supervision to replace existing B403 Chiller in accordance with drawings package and PG-18 VA Specifications, local and state codes. Work is to be completed within 160 days after Notice to Proceed. The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be posted on FedBizOpps.gov. There will be a pre-bid site visit held for this project and all prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. Details of the pre-bid site conference will be included in the solicitation package. The solicitation for this project will be issued on/or about October 19th, 2016, with the bid opening on/about November 18th, 2016. The bidder is responsible to monitor and download any amendments from FedBizOpps.gov which may be issued to this solicitation. The project magnitude range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220; size standard $36.5 Million applies. In accordance with Public Law 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Healthcare and Information Technology Act of 2006, Pursuant to 38 USC 8127(d), competition is 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business firms. The SDVOSB must be registered with and verified by the Center for Verification and Evaluation http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov, (CVE) prior to submission of an offer, and verified in the following websites: https://www.sam.gov to be eligible for award.
