SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY: The VA seeks to lease the following space with the following criteria: State: New Mexico City: Las Cruces Delineated Area: Bordered as North Highway 70, East Sonoma, South University, and West Valley as shown on the enclosed map. Minimum SF ABOA: 3,600 Full Term: 120 months Firm Term: 60 months Option Term: 60 months The Las Cruces Vet Center space will need to be minimally 3,600 useable square feet with rooms for the following available immediately (meaning the minimal amount of build-out or tenant improvement) to be able to have the space move-in ready within 2 or 3 months after award of a lease: 7 to 8 Offices, 1 Group or Common Room, 1 Reception Area, 1 Conference Room, A File Room (secure with no windows, walls to the roof to prevent crawl space access above ceiling), Break Room, Storage Room, Data-IT Closet, Rest Rooms(s) also ADA compliant, 2 Handicap Parking Spaces, 15 Parking spaces or local code, whichever is greater. The available space must be within the delineated area. Preferably the space is in close proximity to public transportation. ?
