- Justification and Approval (J&A) PR 0061604141 NSN 1560-01-518-3218 Issue Date: May 03, 2016 Close Date: June 02, 2016 STOWAGE, ACCESSORY IAW SOURCE DRS NETWORK & IMAGING SYSTEMS, LLC CAGE CODE 24290, P/N 13002173 Manufacture IAW Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Only Vendors who have access to the data or can provide traceability to the approved sources should bid. Requirement is a 100% unrestricted procurement, utilizing other than full and open competition. Electronic quotes are NOT acceptable for this solicitation. This Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract for a total quantity of 8 each. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) applies. Higher Level Quality is required. The required production lead-time is after receipt of order (ARO). FOB: Origin I: Origin A: Origin Phased delivery is not requested but acceptable. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
