Description

Project Description Template Solicitation & Concept Documents This Request for Qualifications is Phase 1 of a two-step solicitation to select a general contractor for construction of a storage facility at the National Air & Space Museum's Udvar Hazy Center located in Dulles, Virginia ("Dulles Collection Storage Module" also referred to as the "Subject Project"). This Request for Qualification ("RFQ") is being released to expedite the bid process and selection of a construction contractor. Phase 2 of this procurement will be an RFP numbered F16SOL10064, tentatively planned for release in January 2017 with 100% construction documents. The contract award is anticipated in February 2017.
