Description

The Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center is seeking sources that can provide services for cleaning, taking down and reinstalling all patient and doctors' offices cubicle curtains at our Main Medical Center, Cares Tower, all Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), Dialysis Center and Outpatient Surgery Center. This will be a two year contract (Base plus One Year Option) with the base year Period of Performance being from November 1, 2016 through October 31, 2017. The solicitation will be in accordance with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and shall be 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns in accordance with FAR 6.203. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561740. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a two year firm-fixed-price contract. The solicitation shall be posted to the FedBizOpps website on or about September 28, 2016 as a request for quote. Responses to the solicitation shall be due by email by October 19, 2016 by 3pm EST. Offerors are advised that it is your responsibility to review and monitor the website frequently to ensure you have the most up to date information, including amendments. Correspondence or questions regarding the solicitation may be directed to Roman Savino, Contract Specialist at roman.savino@va.gov with "VA250-16-Q-0758" in the subject line by Friday October 14, 2016 at 3:00 pm EST.
