- The Library of Congress intends to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement againt existing FEDLINK Basic Ordering Agreement #LC11G7525 with Baker and Taylor, Inc. for Books and Library Publication Services on behalf of the Air Force, HQ AFSVA/SV/XL (AMPC). Services will be continued through September 30, 2016. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS. No telephone calls will be accepted.
