The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network 15 CMOP Contracting Office has a requirement to procure EMERGENCY request for Fanfold Thermal Paper for delivery to the Charleston, SC CMOP. This procurement is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management www.sam.gov ; and the Vendor Information Page. www.vip.vetbiz.gov DRUG NAMEQTY Fanfold Thermal Paper 8" X 4" to be delivered 800 cases weekly. 9600 CS The Product Code is 7510, Office Supplies; the NAICS code for this solicitation is 325992. All responsible open market sources may submit a quotation, Only SDVOSB that are timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Submit the RFQ, and Quote spreadsheet via email (preferred) to: Karen.Griffin4@va.gov. The phone number is (913) 684-0143. Solicitation package VA770-16-Q-00516 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or about September 22,2016, and will close on September 23, 2016 (3:00 PM CST). No solicitation packages will be mailed.
