- The Forest Service has a need for targeted outreach to a broader and more diverse applicant pool of candidates. USDA and the Forest Service have struggled with the challenge of diversity for the last 35 years with efforts big and small, successful and disappointing. The incumbent contractor is to assist us in workforce transformation, strategic planning, strategic development and implementation. Activities may include assisting the Forest Service in recruitment, outreach, hiring, and the retention of a diverse workforce throughout the US. Candidates MUST have RECENT and RELEVENT EXPERIENC with and studying Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey including planning and preparations, deliberations, data analysis, report preparation and presentation to organization leadership. Qualified contractors must provide evidence of key personnel with successful examples of recent and relevant work working with virtual teams.
