- Application Information Package for Operation of Parking Garage at Arlington National Cemetery The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District is offering for lease the Visitor Center Parking Garage at Arlington National Cemetery located in Arlington County, Virginia as a women owned small business set aside. The property will be leased for the operation of the parking garage, in furtherance of the objective of the Government to obtain facilities and services adequate to meet the public demand at reasonable prices. The Lessee will be expected to furnish all services, personnel, supplies and materials to operate and maintain the parking garage as provided in the Lease Application Package. Sealed Applications for Lease of Real Property will be opened at 1:00 pm on October 25, 2016. The Visitor Parking Garage contains 570 car spaces, 20 of which are designated for reserved free ANC use, and 33 for bus/recreational vehicle spaces. The site will be leased on a competitive-negotiated basis to the women owned small business individual, partnership or corporation presenting the best value to the Government. Applications will be evaluated based on: (1) Management and Operations Plan, (2) Maintenance Plan, (3) Experience, (4) Financial Capability. The lease will be for a term of 1 year, beginning on or about 15 January 2017, with the Government option to renew at the same annual rate, on a yearly basis for the next 4 years.
