- Amend 3 Response Time extension Contractor is provide all identified materials, equipment and labor to complete the repair work to the government owned Plant Material Center's polycarbonate greenhouse(Ludy Greenhouses Model RS II) in accordance with the terms of this solicitation. The property is located in the town of Alderson West Virginia. All quantities are estimated. It is the contractor's responsibility determine the actual materials required to repair the government owned greenhouse. All work must be in compliance with OSHA standards. **Preproposal Site Visit Date: August 23, 2016 at 10:30am** ****9-14-16** Amended to change this solicitatation to be set aside for small businesses*****See Amendment 1.
