J&A The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic (Provisional) (RHCO-A) (P), Womack Army Medical Center, Ft Bragg, North Carolina intends to Sole Source the below products. The surgeon has determined that Spinal Elements, Inc. was the most appropriate modality to treat these patients' medical conditions. Spinal Elements, Inc. 3115 Melrose Carlsbad, CA 92010-6690 Products: Spinal Implants, P21411707,Spacer,14x11x7mm; P21613708,Spacer,16,11x13mm; P21411708,Spacer,14x11x8mm. for implanting during spinal surgery. These surgery parts were chosen because in the surgeon's opinion, it meets specific needs and requirement of the patient's condition and will provide the desired surgical outcome. These are specific products that are requested by the surgeons. These products are considered all or none and in the best interest of the patient. No telephonic request will be honored or returned. This is not a request for quotes; however, if your company has information or products for future surgeries, please send your capabilities statement for review.
