Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number VA245-16-Q-0080 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business under NAICS code 333318 with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. Award will be made to the responsive/responsible offeror who provides the technically acceptable product at the lowest price, delivery included, considering SDVOSB/VOSB sources (FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Factors). The RFQ Document is attached and shall be used to submit quotes to Katrina Cruz, katrina.cruz@va.gov no later than 4:00PM, Monday, September 26, 2016.
