Description

The purpose of this modification Combined Synopsis VA250-16-Q-0663-2 Exterior Cleaning will reflect closing date of September 22, 2016 at 2pm EST. This solicitation is 100% SDVOSB (service disabled veteran owned business) set aside. VAAR 852.219-10 VA Notice of Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (Dec 2009) is applicable. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. No more questions will be accepted for this solicitation. This solicitation is also to provide responses to questions. They are as follows: 1) Can you give us a total window count or plans that indicate such? (I don't have a total window count, but I provided an estimated glass (42,000SF) in the SOW) 2)Is there a time I could come out to look at the site for the building cleaning? We really need to walk around with someone to get a closer look please. Date of site visit is scheduled for September 20, 2016 at 9am EST. Please report to reception area at desk in front of Security Office to sign in. The COR and the Contract Specialist will meet attendees for site visit to convene.
