I combed through the announcement again and could find no requirement to provide this other than the reference on page 5. RFI 1 RESPONSE: No. RFI 2: The RFP (top of page 7) states for key personnel resumes: cite a minimum of 2 recent (within the past 5 years) project-specific experience in work relevant to the services required under this contract; and indicate proposed role in this contract. Is it acceptable to submit projects older than 5 years once the minimum of 2 within 5 years above has been satisfied without penalty? RFI 2 RESPONSE: No projects will be accepted outside the relevant and recent definitions in the synopsis. RFI 3: Will you require full copies of executed teaming agreements and if so how should they be transmitted (along with the SF 330 submission as a separate event?). How should teaming agreement relationships be treated within the SF330 - in the introduction or the proposed team in tabular form? RFI 3 RESPONSE: Full copies are required and should be submitted with the SF330. Should be discussed in both areas as appropriate. RFI 4: In the proposed team in tabular form should percentage of time committed to the team reflect work share in teaming agreements or working with the current teaming solution on other projects or time with their company? Can you clarify the desired statistic for this request? RFI 4 RESPONSE: You will need to define how the proposed team will work on our projects. RFI 5: Should the company tabular data from page 11 be presented in Section E? RFI 5 RESPONSE: Section H. RFI 6: Page 5: Introductions shall be included in Sections E and F. Please include your DUNS, CAGE, and TIN numbers in Block 30 of the SF-330. Is there a specific format for this input? RFI 6 RESPONSE: No. RFI 7: What is the current version of the SF330? RFI 7 RESPONSE: Version dated 3/2013. RFI 8: Page 7, Criterion 2 “ Specialized Experience (SF330, Part I, Section F). Provide a minimum of 3 and maximum of 5 projects. Is it possible to reconsider the number of Section F ™s? Typically, ten Section F ™s are provided. The quantity requested in the solicitation limits the ability to demonstrate the breadth of the experiences as a team. In particular, the G matrix will be difficult to show the team ™s experience with each other. RFI 8 RESPONSE: No. Maximum is 5 projects. RFI 9: Eight items are listed as example of experience to be shown using the Section Fs. Is there a priority to this list of items? RFI 9 RESPONSE: No. ALL RFIs MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING IN ORDER TO BE ANSWERED. RFI ™s WILL BE ANSWERED VIA NECO AND FEDBIZOPS. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE RESPONDED TO DURING OPEN PROCUREMENTS. RFIs MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 20 SEPTEMBER 2016. Point of Contact Stephen Sparks, Contract Specialist Email: Stephen.sparks@ navy.mil
