Description

This is an INTENT TO MAKE A SINGLE SOURCE AWARD ONLY. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 04, intends to issue a single source purchase order to TrillaMed, LLC. in accordance with FAR 13.106-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) for upgrade of General Electric Holter Monitors in use by the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center located at 1111 East End Blvd., Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711. The NAICS code for this requirement is 339112. This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. No solicitation package will be issued for this requirement. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government and on an all or none basis. Interested parties must respond to this notice no later than 4:00pm on September 13, 2016.
