Description

The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a non-competitive purchase order to St. Vincent Healthcare, Mobile Mammography, 500 Eldorado Boulevard, Suite 6300, Broomfield, Colorado, for Mobile Mammography services at the Crow Service Unit, Crow Agency, Montana. This includes the Crow / Northern Cheyenne Hospital, Crow Agency, Montana, Lodge Grass Health Clinic, Lodge Grass, Montana, and the Pryor Health Clinic, Pryor, Montana. St. Vincent Healthcare is the only local vendor that can provide the required services to the service unit. The procurement will be conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures; 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements; and FAR 37.101, Non Personal Service Contract. The IHS anticipates the award of a fixed-price purchase order for the period October 1, 2016, through September 30, 2017, including four (4) option years. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
