Description

The Network Contracting Office 17 intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items for the purchase of Vacuum Pump Rietschel QLV200 Only for 20HP Motor. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is VA257-16-Q-1663. This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89, effective August 15, 2016. The associated North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 238220 with a SDVOSB. This acquisition is solicited as a 100% set-aside for SDVOSB or VO. "This procurement is for new Equipment ONLY; no remanufactured or "gray market" items. All Equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty." These pumps are needed for direct Patient Care. These are additional pumps. Provide exact item only. Responses to the solicitation are due by 15 Sept 2016 12:00PM Central Time (CT) via e-mail: susan.flores2@va.gov.
