Red River Army Depot (RRAD), located near Texarkana, TX, requires one Power Rotary / Swaging Machine with compatible rolls and roll sets. Specifications: Sahinler IBKS 4.0 (10ga) or Equivalent Throat Depth - 7.87" minimum Capacity - 10 Gauge minimum Roll Diameter - 5" minimum Electrical - 220V 3-Phase Motor - 3HP minimum Schedule 80 type (minimum) piping distribution system Hydraulic Top Shaft Control Includes Single-Bead, Flattening, and Offset Roll Sets Includes Compatible 1/2" Flange Roll Set Includes Compatible Crimp Roll Set Please refer to the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for full specifications, terms and conditions, and proposal instructions.
