Amendment 0003 (9/8/16): SIR DTFACT-16-R-00067 is now attached. Amendment 0002 (9/7/16): The SIR DTFACT-16-R-00067 is attached, with all attachments. The proposal due date is 4 PM, local time, on Monday September 19, 2016, as per Section L of the SIR. Amendment 0001: All drawings and proposal related documents will be distributed at the mandatory site visit. Any questions before the site visit are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer @ Lori.McLaughlin@faa.gov. SIR # DTFACT-16-R-00017 Please read all requirements carefully before responding to this announcement. The FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center has a requirement for a new modular office building 76 ™ x 133 ™ or 10,108 square feet. Included in the requirement is the demolition of the existing modular office building, providing of site utility work - electrical, footers, setup modular unit, steps, ramps, etc. In accordance with AMS T3.2.1.2, the FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center is seeking competent and qualified contractors interested in the above requirement. Estimated Dollar Value: Between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000.00. The following criteria will apply: 1. The offeror must have the financial resources to sustain all contract activities. 2. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Drawings and furniture plan are attached. The Solicitation with evaluation criteria will be distributed at the mandatory site visit, which will take place on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at 9 AM, local time. Interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information, travel, or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with a response to this request for proposals. This requirement is reserved for small businesses under the NAICS code 236220- Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The size standard for this NAICS code is $36.5 million.
