- Commercial Clause Addendum This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis/solicitation is issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures pursuant to FAR Part 12.603, Streamlined Solicitation for Commercial Items. The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation Request for Quote (RFQ) W52P1J-16-T-PSUP for the procurement of the following: CLIN 0001: Quantity of 15 each Allen-Bradley 1797-PS1N In-Quad Out Power Supply for use with existing Allen-Bradley Flex Ex System in Hazardous Area. NOTE: Must be Allen-Bradley brand name. Unit Price: ______ each; Total CLIN Amount: ____________ CLIN 0002: Quantity of 30 each Appleton Part # APP TMCX050A ½ inch (M20), Material: Copperfree Aluminum or equivalent. NOTE: Appleton brand name or equal. Unit Price: ______ each; Total CLIN Amount: ____________ CLIN 0003: Quantity of 60 each Appleton Part # APP TMCX075A ¾ inch (M25), Material: Copperfree Aluminum or equivalent. NOTE: Appleton brand name or equal. Unit Price: ______ each; Total CLIN Amount: ____________ CLIN 0004: Quantity of 30 each Appleton Part AP GRX75 3/4 JCT Unilet or equivalent. NOTE: Appleton brand name or equal. Unit Price: ______ each; Total CLIN Amount: ____________ CLIN 0005: Quantity of 30 each Appleton Part AP GRT75 3/4 JCT Unilet or equivalent. NOTE: Appleton brand name or equal. Unit Price: ______ each; Total CLIN Amount: ____________ This requirement is issued as a Full and Open competition. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 335999. Inspection and Acceptance is Destination (Pine Bluff Arsenal). FOB point is Destination to Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff AR. The result of this synopsis/solicitation will be a one-time award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the quantities listed above. Offerors shall provide a completed copy of this combined synopsis/solicitation to include the following: a) Company Name/Cage Code b) Quote binding, firm-fixed unit prices for each CLIN in the space provided above. Failure to do so may result in the offer being rejected. c) If an Offeror fails to quote prices for all CLINs the Government may reject that offer as unacceptable. DELIVERY: CLINs 0001-0005 are due 15 days after the date of award. Delivery shall be sent FOB Destination to the following address: PINE BLUFF ARSENAL 504th ST. BLDG 53 990 CENTRAL RECEIVING PT. PINE BLUFF, AR 71602 This contract is a rated order under Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) (15 CFR 700) with an assigned rating of DO-A6. Payment will be made by DFAS, via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), see Commercial Clause Addendum Attachment 0001.
