- Quantity of 9 Block 1 RAM Models, 17 Block 2 RAM Models and 40 Block 2 Desktop Models *PROCUREMENT TYPE The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: Quantity of 9 Block 1 RAM Models, 17 Block 2 RAM these models are a representation for training purposes of the Missile FAR Part 12 and 13. This requirement is sole sourced to: Dimensional Technologies Inc., 1260 Distribution Way, Vista, CA 92081 due to compatibility with existing models. This vendor was previously selected from a full and open competion contract award. Any firms believing that they can provide a Quote for N68936-15-T-0357 the RAM Models may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the item without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Electronic delivery of quotations are preferred. If you provide a quote via any other method provide us with the date package was sent, commercial carrier, and tracking number so that we can ensure that your quotation is reviewed for consideration during the award process. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Contractors must be certified through Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) in order to access Controlled Unclassified Information within FBO.
