RFP Attachment-03, Provision 252.209-7991 & Policy Letter (2016-00002) RFP Attachment-02, Pricing Worksheet (REVISION-02), dated 8 Sep 2016. RFP Attachment-01, Performance Work Statement (PWS, REVISION-02), dated 8 Sep 2016. Memorandum/Amendment-02 to Request for Proposal FA8051-16-R-2011-02; dated 8 Sep 2016. The following is Amendment-02 to FA8051-16-R-2011, combined synopsis/ solicitation/RFP for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The amended solicitation reference number is FA8051-16-R-2011-02. The 772 ESS/PKD Contracting Flight, Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, 32403, requires the following: Develop and Instruct Air Force Hangar Fire Suppression and Detection System Maintenance and Design Evaluation Training on CONUS and OCONUS US Air Force Installations. The amended RFP memorandum, dated 8 Sep 2016 and revised attachments shall be used by potential Offerors in place of amended RFP dated 25 August 2016. Changes to RFP and attachments have been highlighted on amended RFP and attachments. Offerors shall acknowledge this amendment in their proposal. Proposal due date has been extended to NLT 1200 CST on 19 September 2016.
