Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Circular 2015-89-1(EFFECTIVE 08/15/2016). This is a firm fixed priced contract. Only qualified offerors may submit bids. Solicitation VA248-16-Q-1425 is issued as a Request for Quote. The Government contemplates award of a single contract resulting from this solicitation. This procurement is set aside for Small Business. The associated NAICs Code is 485210 and size standard is $15 million. Any firm that does not meet the capability and size standard under this NAICS code should not submit a response to this notice. In order to be considered for a government award, the firm must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov and be capable of furnishing all services listed in the Statement Of Work, page 15 of the solicitation.
