Salient Characteristics: "Contain procedure templates of Orthopedic, and Endoscopic, procedures for procedure specific configuration of GUI. "Generate procedure notes, letters, patient instructions, and other procedure specific documentation, including custom reports. "Interfaces, either directly or through existing image capture/archive systems, with Endoscopes, Arthroscopes, Fluoroscopes, x-ray, and other image capture equipment for image/photo documentation. "Have an interface that is customizable specific to physician practice preference, trends and volume. "On call troubleshooting and tech support for software and equipment (vi)Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The contractor shall provide software and equipment necessary for the generation of electronic documentation of surgical and endoscopic procedures requiring image/photo capture. The product must be able to be utilized in the operating room and endoscopic suite environments. The product must interface with existing equipment and have the ability to transfer the documentation directly to the Veterans electronic medical record through a VA network interface to Vista, and CPRS.
