Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Hampton, Virginia 23667, will be soliciting proposals for Cable Satellite service Brand name or Equal to DirecTV. The contractor shall provide all materials and supplies necessary to complete each item. A request for Quote, VA246-16-Q1501, will be issued on or about September 8, 2016. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is October 1, 2016 (or date of award) through September30, 2017 for the base period, with four (4) one (1) year renewal options that can be exercised by the Government. This is a 100% small business set-aside. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the SAM database at http://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 515210 with a size standard of $38.5 Million.
