- The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis to AT&T for the purchase of local telephone services for the Field Benefit Administration, Richmond Hieghts, OH Location. The period of perfomance is for twelve months. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), but a Notice of Intent. No RFQ will be issued.
