Description

NASA/HQ has a requirement for Corporate Executive Board (CEB) Corporate Leadership Council and Learning & Development Leadership Council memberships. NASA/HQ intends to purchase the item(s) from CEB as it is our understanding that this company is the only vendor of this requirement. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and Part 13. Interested organizations may submit their quotes to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 4:00 p.m. EST on September 12, 2016. Quotes will be evaluated based on lowest price technically acceptable. Questions may be submitted no later than 4:00 EST on September 7, 2016 to the identified point of contact. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
