Solicitation Amendment 1 - dated August 26, 2016 Sandblast one metal bulkhead. (Priming bulkhead is no longer needed.) Class Code: J095, Maintenance and Repair of Metal Bars, Sheets and Shapes NAICS: 332813, Electroplating, Plating, Polishing, Anodizing, and Coloring Size standard: 500 employees Place of Performance: Lake Traverse, Wheaton, MN 56296-5469 Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul District has a service requirement for sandblasting one metal bulkhead located at the Lake Traverse Project Office in Wheaton, MN, Traverse County, MN. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers), the contractor must be register in the System for Award Management (SAM) system. All Offerors must be registered in SAM, have an active account, and have completed the Representations & Certification sections (FAR and DFARS) prior to receiving an award. Initial registration can take up to 4 weeks. Registration instructions may be obtained, and online registration may be accomplished, at www.sam.gov.
