Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6- Streamline Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, and is being conducted under FAR Subpart 13.5- Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items apply. The solicitation number is VA256-16-Q-1390 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The proposed contract action is for a Complete Digital Motorola or Equivalent Platform Radio System for which the Government intends to solicit competitive quotes. Interested persons may submit quotes, and must be received prior to the response date listed on FBO to be considered by the Government. This solicitation is 100% Set Aside to Service Disabled Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 334220 and the size standard is 1250 Employees. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-88).
