- RFQ NMFS AKR-16-40902 for the successful vendor to provide professional services for Cook Inlet Beluga Whale Photo-identification Catalog Integration and Information Requests per the attached statement of work (SOW) in the request for quotes (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation procurement action for the successful vendor to provide professional services for Cook Inlet Beluga Whale Photo-identification Catalog Integration and Information Requests per the attached statement of work (SOW) in the request for quotes (RFQ) NMFS AKR-16-40902 prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541620 and is a Small Business Set-Aside. The objective of this contract is to provide professional services to NMFS to deliver information about Cook Inlet beluga whales obtained by or contained in the files of the Photo ID Project, by 1) modifying the existing catalog to allow for the integration of existing and future data specific to individual Cook Inlet beluga whales identified in the photo-identification catalog; and 2) providing up to 100 hours of support for miscellaneous requests by NMFS. NOAA NMFS Alaska Regional Acquisition Division, requires that all contractors doing business with this Acquisition Office be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).
