- FA4620-16-T-A302 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4620-16-T-A302 for Skis, Ski Bindings, Snow Boards, and Snow Board Bindings for the Fairchild AFB Outdoor Recreation Program is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. This solicitation has been set aside for 100% Small Business under the NAICS Code of 339920, with a small business size standard of 750 Employees. Line items 0001, 0002, 0003, and 0004 must be brand name in accordance with the attached Limited Sources Justification and Approval document.
