Description

The Philadelphia Veteran Affairs Medical Center intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Tri-State Security and Controls LLC 4142 Ogletown Stanton Road 232 Newark, DE 19713 to install, program and commission a new Security System at the Burlington Community Base Outpatient Clinic in Marlton, NJ 08053 (See list below) in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The VA is leasing the Burlington CBOC property from 3000 Lincoln, LLC and Tri-State Security & Control is 3000 Lincoln, LLC only approved vendor for this effort. TSC had previously installed the network cabling for the Burlington CBOC and is familiar with the property. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interest; accompanied by supporting literature, to the Contracting Officer no later than September 7, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. EST.
