- Brand Name Only J&A This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All items below are brand name only. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside, NAICS 333999 Please provide a reasonable delivery date in your quote as well as Cage Code or DUNS, and TIN. ***Each machine will require a service technician/representative to set-up all machines to ensure proper tuning for immediate use. 0001 - 1 EA---Consew 757R-3 Extra Heavy Duty, Lockstitch Machine 0002 - 2 EA---Consew 206RB-5 Heavy Duty, Triple Feed, Lockstitch Machine 0003 - 2 EA---Consew 206RBL-25 Heavy Duty, Lockstitch Machine 0004 - 1 EA---Consew 7360RH Ultra High Speed Lockstitch Machine 0005 - 1 each: Shipping to JBER, AK 99506 Please include shipping directly to Anchorage AK 99506. Firms that believe that they can provide similar required items must provide supporting evidence to the Contracting Officer. This announcement constitutes the only written notice. Basis for award will be the best value to the Government. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2, the Government will award a contract/purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following evaluation factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical (item specifications) and Price.
