Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:Albuquerque City:New Mexico Delineated Area:City Limits of Albuquerque, New Mexico Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):51,350 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):53,500 Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total):30 Parking Spaces (Secured):30 Parking Spaces (Structured):0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):30 Full Term:15 years Firm Term:10 years Option Term:N/A Additional Requirements: The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Albuquerque, NM that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Offered space must meet, or be capable of being upgraded to meet, Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Space must meet Interagency Security Committee Standard - Security Level III. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. Representatives of building owners must include the exclusivity agreement, representation letter, listing contract, or other executed agreement granting the exclusive right to represent the building owner with their response to the advertisement. Expressions of interest must include the following information: 1.Building name and address 2.Location of space offered. 3.Rentable and useable square footage offered. 4.Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted 5.If you are not the owner you must submit evidence of authority to represent the owner. GSA is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction. In no event shall a potential offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning a space to be leased with representatives of any Federal agency other than the authorized officers and employees of the General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized broker representative.
