Description

This solicitation is a Set-Aside for SDVOSB/VOSB. Vendor must show proof of Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, or Veteran Owned Small Business at time of submittal. The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to negotiate a contract for Jesse Brown VAMC 2030 West Taylor in Chicago, IL 60612-4223 Please see attached RFQ document, VA69D-16-Q-1256 for requirements. Potential vendors are to complete the attached RFQ document and submit an itemized quote as well as submit sufficient supporting documentation which details product specifications. This supporting documentation will be used to determine whether or not the quoted items meet the requirements of the solicitation. Quotes are due no later than 13:00 PM CST, 09/04/2016. Telephone calls will not be accepted. All quotes are to be sent electronically to timothy.rosenwald@va.gov
