Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-16-R-0387 for the following service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to provide total grounds maintenance at Jefferson City, MO 65101 from October 1, 2016 (or date of award, whichever is later) through September 30, 2017 with four (1) year options if exercised through September 30, 2021. All work shall be performed in accordance with the statement of work and terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 561730. Size standard of $7.5 million is applicable. Award will be made on a Best Value basis, meaning the lowest offer may not automatically receive the contract award, utilizing the following evaluation criteria for this award will be in the following descending order of importance: 1) Technical Capability, 2) Past Performance, 3) Price. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around August 26, 2016. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., September 16, 2016. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
