- RFQ_SCA52516Q0033 VIDEO WALLS The U.S. Embassy Ottawa requires a competitive quote on the supply and installation of various Video Walls and accessories for 4 rooms within the embassy. Training Room and meeting rooms, bank of 2x2 55” or maximum size for these rooms. These setups should include 1 input (HDMI). This setup should include TV’s with sound as well, if sound is not an option with the TV’s then a method of sound will be required. Auditorium, a bank of 3x3 TV’s which cand be integrated to Videowall in another section of the Embassy. The intent of this is so that the output from eah room can be extended to the other. There is also a requirement for a new DVC Camera in this room to connect so DVCs from room can be held. We will also require upgrading the current sound system which can be integrated with the videowall controller as well as Laptop input and the ability to control different screens on the grid See attached RFQ SCA52516Q0033
